NEW MEMBERS must register with the studio prior to making class reservations. There are a few different ways that you can register if you are a new member to RISE! You can either send a message by clicking the message box at the bottom right hand corner of the website page, visit the CONTACT PAGE and fill out the form, OR send an email to MelanieCapalbo@RiseMovementStudio.com. You will receive a reply email from us within 24-48 hours. Once you have registered with us you will need to purchase your NEW MEMEBR TRIAL CLASS!
If you decide to continue with classes after your trial class, you can purchase a membership/payment plan of your choice from the website store. You will then be able to book your classes by sending us an email or text.
Virtual FIT-CLUB members will receive an e-mail with ZOOM links at the beginning of each week.
In-Studio AND Virtual Classes must be booked at least 4 hours prior to class time. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to class time. Keep in mind that failure to cancel in the allotted time will result in a loss of that class on your class pass or single class purchase.
When sending your email or text, please include your name, name of the class you are booking, as well as the day/time of the class.
If you are booking multiple classes, please list all classes (in order by day/time).
If you have an unlimited class plan, we ask that you do not book more than 1 week of classes at a time.
If you are booking classes for more than one person through the same e-mail or text, please make sure to list each person's name and classes separately from one another.
EXISTING MEMBERS: If you are a consistent student/client in specific classes each week, you do NOT have to register. We do ask, however, that you notify the studio if you will not be attending class. If you are not consistent and take different classes each week, you will need to register for each class.
