Below is a weekly schedule of movement classes including fitness, yoga and dance that we are currently offering for ages 2 & over! Schedule includes drop-in and pop-up classes. Please always check the online schedule before dropping into a class!
To register/pay for ALL classes through our website, simply click the calendar date you are searching for and scroll down on the schedule until you see the class you are interested in registering for. Click the "SIGN UP" button next to the class of your choice. When the screen changes, scroll all the way down until you see the MINDBODY box. You will be asked to create a free account with an e-mail and password for future online reservations and payments to RISE Movement Studio through MINDBODY. It is not necessary to download the MINDBODY app if you are registering through our website.
ALL students/clients must sign an online liability waiver in order to participate in any event at RISE Movement Studio. If you do not sign one online, you will be required to sign a liability waiver upon check-in to the class(es) you have registered for. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must sign a waiver for you.
DROP-IN CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If there are not any registered students/clients for a weekly drop-in class at least 3-HOURS prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel this class for that day/evening. If you have a monthly, bi-annual, or annual unlimited fitness membership or a 5/10 movement class pass, PLEASE reserve your spot at least 3-hours prior to class start time to avoid a cancelled class! Drop-ins are welcome, however, we ask that you check our online schedule or call the studio 1-HOUR prior to class time to be sure that class has not been cancelled.
