WEEKLY MOVEMENT CLASS SCHEDULE

Below is a weekly schedule of a variety of movement classes we are currently offering for all levels ages 6 and up! Keep in mind that our schedule will evolve from week to week as we continue to add new classes and create the best possible schedule we can for all!

In order to book and pay for a class through our website, simply click on the black "BOOK" button next to the class of your choice.  Scroll all the way down until you see the MINDBODY box.  You will be asked to create a free account with an e-mail and password for future online reservations and payments to RISE Movement Studio through MINDBODY. 


You may also choose to download and use the MINDBODY app on your phone and book classes there.  However, it is not necessary to download the MINDBODY app if you are using the desktop version of our website. If using the MINDBODY app, please be advised that all workshops, pop-up classes and other special events will be listed under the "ENROLLMENTS" tab.
