AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY OFFERING CLASSES FOR AGES 5 THROUGH ADULT.
COVID-19 STUDIO SAFETY POLICIES
1. No more than 10 participants allowed in class at a time.
2. Only participants attending class will be allowed in the building/studio at any time. If the participant is a minor, one parent/guardian will be allowed into the building ONLY to drop off and pick up their child. If you need to wait in the building, PLEASE keep yourself distanced at least 6ft. from others. Please be mindful and respectful of other's personal space.
3. MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. Participants and Instructors will be spaced 6-feet apart to accommodate social distancing.
6. Hand sanitizer is available to be used when entering and exiting the studio.
7. If using any RISE equipment like hand weights, stability balls, bands, etc., please sanitize before and after use. Disinfectants will be provided by the studio. If possible, for your added safety, please provide your own hand weights and other equipment.
8. Provide your own exercise mat. We no longer have extra mats at the studio.
9. No touching of any kind allowed at any time. No hugs, high fives, or handshakes!
10. Wash your hands if you leave the studio space to use the restroom, etc.
11. If you are sick, PLEASE stay home! If you are sick and have tested positive for COVID after attending class(es) at the studio, PLEASE contact us immediately so that we may take the proper precautions and begin contact tracing. This is VERY important and should not be ignored.
HOW TO REGISTER
ALL new members will need to fill out the online registration form. Once completed, you will then need to purchase a payment plan before making your class/event reservations. See below for payment information.
Existing members will need to purchase a new payment plan once the previous plan has expired. Class and event reservations can not be made without making a new purchase.
PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

We accept online payments with a debit/credit card via SQUARE. Visit our store!
If you are attending in-studio classes/events you may pay with cash at the time of service. Please do not mail any cash payments.
Check payments can be made at the studio or by mail. If mailing your check, we ask that you send us an e-mail or text with your name, the check number, amount/description of payment, and date it was mailed. In your email, you can also include the class(es) and/or event(s) that you would like to reserve a spot in. Checks must be mailed out prior to or the day of your first class.

Gift certificates are available. Purchases can be made online with credit/debit card, check, or cash. If paying with check or cash, please send us an email to make your purchase. Cash payments can only be made at the studio. Once purchases have been made you will receive an email from us to make arrangements for delivery or pick-up. Gift certificates can be mailed, emailed, or picked up in-person at the studio.
HOW TO MAKE CLASS AND EVENT RESERVATIONS
To make a class reservation, please e-mail or text us with your name and the class(es) you would like to attend. Please be sure to clarify if you are signing up for in-studio or virtual. Payments must be received/arranged before arriving at the studio. If you are signing up for virtual classes, and have not made your payment arrangements, you will not receive the log-in credentials for class. ALL class reservations must be made at least two hours prior to class start time. Due to COVID-19 in-studio capacity restrictions, we can only allow 10 participants in class. You MUSTmake your reservations prior to class. WALK-INS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED!
Event reservations can be made online, through email/text, or at the studio. Purchases can be made via our online store with credit/debit cards. Cash and check payments can be made at the studio or on the day of the event. Checks can also be mailed prior to the event. Reservations for all events MUST be made within 48 hours of the event. If for any reason you need to cancel, you must cancel within 24-72 hours of the event to receive a refund. You will be charged for the event if you fail to cancel within the alotted time.
A maximum of 10 participants will be allowed in a class at a time. If a class is filled, you will have the choice to join the virtual class OR be put on a waiting list. If you are on a waiting list, you will be notified NO LATER than one hour prior to class start time if there has been a cancellation.
The studio space will be blocked off in 6-foot sections to ensure that everyone is a safe physical distance away from each other. Participants MUST stay in their designated "boxes"! We ask that you are mindful and respectful of other participants' personal space. MASKS ARE MANDATORY!
With the exception of minors, only the registered participant that is attending class will be allowed into the building/studio. Minors will be allowed one parent/guardian. Hand sanitizer will be available for use upon entering and exiting the studio.
VIRTUAL ZOOM CLASSES
We use ZOOM to livestream our classes. If you are registered for a virtual class, you will receive an e-mail with the ZOOM link at least one hour prior to class. If you are have an unlimited plan, you will receive an e-mail at the beginning of the week with the ZOOM links for that week. Credentials will not be received until payments have been made.
CLIENT CLASS/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
All class reservations are subject to a 2-hour cancellation window.
All special events, camps, and private sessions are subject to 24-hrs notice.
You must cancel your reservation by email or text. If a reservation is cancelled within the allotted time, the purchase will be refunded or credited to your RISE Movement Studio account to use towards future reservations. All reservations cancelled after the cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service.
STUDIO CLASS/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If there are no registered participants for a weekly class 2-HOURS prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel this class for that day/evening. If you have a weekly or monthly unlimited plan, PLEASE reserve your spot at least 2-hours prior to class start time to avoid a cancelled class!
All events must have at least 5 participants signed up in order to run. If there are not enough participants, all events will be cancelled 24 hours prior to event day/time.
All payments for all services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise noted.
STUDIO SCHEDULES/INSTRUCTOR ASSIGNMENTS
All program schedules and instructor assignments are subject to change.
In order to assure a positive experience, members are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in RISE Movement Studios programs. The following standards of conduct apply to all members during their program participation. The member must conduct herself/himself in an appropriate manner while in a program with RISE Movement Studio. Members are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff. Failure to do so will result in an immediate dismissal from our studio. No exceptions.
