All clients must create an account with us through Wellness Living in order to reserve a spot in class, as well as make payments. You can do this through our website AND/OR you may also choose to download our RISE MOVEMENT STUDIO app from the app store. When creating your account, please make sure that your birthdate is entered as we do have age restrictions on our classes. ALL clients must have their own individual account. Families can then be linked together to make it easier and more convenient for you to book classes and make payments for the entire family. IN-STUDIO CLASSES DURING COVID-19
A maximum of 6 students/clients will be allowed in a class at a time. The studio space will be blocked off in 6-foot social distancing increments to ensure everyone is a safe distance away from each other. Masks do NOT need to be worn in class, however they DO need to be worn when entering/exiting the building and using the restroom. It is your choice if you would like to wear your mask during class. Only the student/client that is attending class will be allowed into the building/studio. Hand sanitizer will be available for use upon entering and exiting the studio.
VIRTUAL CLASSES DURING COVID-19
All virtual classes have a maximum capacity of 10 students/clients. When booking a virtual class, please be sure to register with our studio, as well as with ZOOM! Please click the "here" link to register with Zoom. An e-mail with log-in credentials will be sent to you prior to class start time. Please check your spam folder! If you do not receive an e-mail with the class credentials, please text Melanie at 978-551-1772.
COVID-19 STUDIO SAFETY POLICIES
1. Only 6 students/clients allowed in class at a time.
2. Only student/client attending class will be allowed in the building/studio at any time.
3. Masks must be worn when entering/exiting the building and using the restroom.
4. Masks do not need to be worn in class. You may choose to wear one if you want to.
5. Students/Clients/Instructors will be spaced 6-feet apart to accommodate social distancing.
6. Hand sanitizer is available to be used when entering and exiting the studio.
7. If using any RISE equipment like hand weights, stability balls, bands, etc, please sanitize before and after use. Disinfectants will be provided by the studio. If possible, for your added safety, please provide your own hand weights and other equipment.
8. Provide your own exercise mat. No exceptions. We no longer have extra mats at the studio.
9. No touching of any kind allowed at any time. No hugs, high fives, or handshakes!
10. Wash your hands if you leave the studio to use the restroom, etc.
11. If you are sick, PLEASE stay home!
COVID-19 PAYMENT POLICIES
AT THIS TIME WE ASK THAT ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE DONE ONLINE THROUGH OUR APP OR WEBSITE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS AT THE STUDIO (UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH US AHEAD OF TIME). CLIENT CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
All class reservations are subject to a 2-hour cancellation window. All special events, camps, and private sessions are subject to 24-hrs notice. You must cancel your reservation online, by email, text or call. Services purchased will not be refunded or transferred. If a reservation is cancelled within the allotted time, the purchase will be credited to your RISE Movement Studio account to use towards future reservations. ALL reservations cancelled after the 2-hour cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If there are no registered students/clients for a weekly class 1-HOUR prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel this class for that day/evening. If you have a weekly or monthly unlimited plan, PLEASE reserve your spot at least 2 to 3-hours prior to class start time to avoid a cancelled class!
Please be advised that classes with registered students/clients will close for all new registrants 30minutes prior to class start time. If you happen to miss the cut off, please text Melanie at 978-551-1772 to reserve your spot!
All payments for all services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
STUDIO SCHEDULES/INSTRUCTOR ASSIGNMENTS
All program schedules and instructor assignments are subject to change.
If you are added to class from a waitlist, you will need to confirm your reservation at least 2 hours prior to the start of class. You will be held to the cancellation policy for that class once you have confirmed it.
In order to assure a positive experience, students/clients are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in RISE Movement Studios programs. The following standards of conduct apply to all students/clients during their program participation. The student/client must conduct herself/himself in an appropriate manner while in a program with RISE Movement Studio. Students/Clients are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff. Failure to do so will result in an immediate dismissal from our studio. No exceptions.
