GENERAL STUDIO POLICIES
1 – Members must come prepared and dressed appropriately for all classes. If you are unsure of class requirements, please visit our services page.
2 - Absolutely no food, drinks, or gum chewing during class! Water only!
3 - All belongings are to be stored in the cubbies provided in the studio. Please be mindful of what you bring to class. RISE will not be responsible for any lost, broken, or stolen items.
4 - Electronic devices are to be turned off or put on silent and not used during class. This includes phones, watches, tablets, etc.
5 - For the safety of all, if you are feeling sick, please do not come to class. If you have been exposed to COVID, please be sure to notify the studio immediately.
6 - Absolutely no street shoes allowed on the studio floor. Please try to designate a pair of sneakers for class. Street shoes can be left on the shoe rack located in the hallway/waiting area.
7 - All membership purchases are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership prior to expiration, you will receive a credit on your account. Credits must be used within one year. Memberships include unlimited plans and class passes.
MEMBER CONDUCT
In order to assure a positive experience, members are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in RISE Movement Studios programs. The following standards of conduct apply to all members during their program participation. The member must conduct herself/himself in an appropriate manner while in a program with RISE Movement Studio. Members are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff. Failure to do so will result in an immediate dismissal from our studio. No exceptions.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF RISE!
There are a few different ways that you can become a member of RISE! You can either send a message by clicking the message box at the bottom right hand corner of the website page, visit the CONTACT PAGE and fill out the form, OR send an email to MelanieCapalbo@RiseMovementStudio.com. You will receive a reply email from us within 24-48 hours.
PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
Once you have purchased a payment plan you will be able to book class and event reservations (by sending an email or text). You will find information on class and event reservations by scrolling down or clicking HERE.
All payment plans, with the exception of our Class Passes and Family Share Plans, are for individual use only and can not be shared with family and/or friends. Click HERE to view our pricing.
Existing members will need to purchase a new payment plan once the previous plan has expired. Class and event reservations can not be made without making a new purchase. You will receive an email and/or text a few days prior to your payment plan expiration.

We accept online payments with a debit/credit card via SQUARE. Visit our store!

CASH
Cash payments must be made at the studio. Please do not mail any cash payments.
CHECK
Check payments can be made at the studio or by mail. If mailing your check, we ask that you send us an e-mail or text with your name, the check number, amount/description of payment, and date it was mailed. In your email, you can also include the class(es) and/or event(s) that you would like to reserve a spot in. Checks must be mailed out prior to or the day of your first class. There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.

HOW TO MAKE CLASS AND EVENT RESERVATIONS
CLASS RESERVATIONS
To make a class reservation, please e-mail or text us with your name and the class(es) you would like to attend. Payments must be received/arranged before arriving at the studio.
ALL class reservations must be made at least FOUR HOURS prior to class start time. WALK-INS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AT THIS TIME.
Be advised that drop-in classes must have at least 3 registered members in order to be held. Be sure to register for class in the allotted time to help avoid class cancellations.
If you are a consistent member that attends the same class(es) each week, you do not have to register for class. We ask that you do, however, contact the studio if you will not be attending class.
EVENT RESERVATIONS
Event reservations can be made online, through email/text, or at the studio. Purchases can be made via our online store with credit/debit cards. Cash and check payments can be made at the studio or on the day of the event. Checks can also be mailed prior to the event. Reservations for all events MUST be made within 48 hours of the event.
VIRTUAL ZOOM CLASSES
We use ZOOM to livestream our adult Fit-Club fitness classes. If you are registered for a virtual class, you will receive an e-mail with the ZOOM link at least one hour prior to class. If you are have an unlimited plan, you will receive an e-mail at the beginning of the week with the ZOOM links for that week. Credentials will not be received until payments have been made.
CLIENT CLASS/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
All class reservations are subject to a 2-hour cancellation window.
All special events, camps, and private sessions are subject to 24-hrs notice.
You must cancel your reservation by email or text. If a reservation is cancelled within the allotted time, the purchase will be credited to your RISE Movement Studio account to use towards future reservations. All reservations cancelled after the cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service.
STUDIO CLASS/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If there are no registered participants for a weekly class 2-HOURS prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel this class for that day/evening. If you have a weekly or monthly unlimited plan, PLEASE reserve your spot at least 2-hours prior to class start time to avoid a cancelled class!
For events and classes to run, all events must have at least 5 participants and all classes must have at least 3 participants signed up. If there are not enough participants, the studio reserves the right to cancel the event/class. Credits and/or refunds will ONLY be given if the event/class is cancelled by the studio.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available. Purchases can be made online (for a 5 or 10 class pass) with credit/debit card. If paying with check or cash, please send us an email to make your purchase. Cash payments can only be made at the studio. Once purchases have been made you will receive an email from us to make arrangements for delivery or pick-up. Gift certificates can be mailed, emailed, or picked up in-person at the studio. If you are interested in a custom amount, please send an email to melaniecapalbo@risemovementstudio.com.
RETURN POLICY
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
STUDIO SCHEDULES/INSTRUCTOR ASSIGNMENTS
All schedules and instructor assignments are subject to change. If necessary, the class schedule will be edited/revised at the beginning of each month.
