IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR FALL 2020
Due to the uncertain times and unfortunate events that have been brought on by COVID-19, we have had to make many changes with hope to keep the studio open. As of Monday, October 5th, we will no longer be using the Wellness Living online payment/booking software and app. From now on, all online payments and class/event bookings will be managed directly through our website. All credit card payments will be processed through SQUARE, however there will be an increase in price due to credit card processing fees. We will also accept payments through VENMO, cash, and/or check.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We will be accepting debit/credit card payments through our website via SQUARE. Please be advised that due to credit card processing fees, all purchases made with a debit/credit card will incur an additional fee. The fee has already been added onto our payment plans which can be purchased in our online store.
When paying by VENMO, please include your name, email address, and description of payment in the comments. We also ask that all correspondence with the studio be set to "private". Once you have made your payment, please e-mail or text the studio to make your class reservations.
If you are attending in-studio classes/events you may pay with cash at the time of service. Please make note that cash payments will not be accepted for virtual members.
If you would like to pay by check, we ask that you send us an e-mail or text with your name, the check number, amount/description of payment, and date it was mailed. In your email, you can also include the class(es) and/or event(s) that you would like to reserve a spot in. Checks must be mailed out prior to or the day of your first class.

To make a class reservation, please e-mail or text us with your name and the class(es) you would like to attend. Please be sure to clarify if you are signing up for in-studio or virtual. Payments must be received or arranged before arriving at the studio. If you are signing up for virtual classes, and have not made your payment arrangements, you will not receive the log-in credentials for class. ALL class reservations must be made at least one hour prior to class start time. Due to COVID-19 in-studio capacity restrictions, we can only allow 6-8 participants in class. You MUSTmake your in-studio reservations prior to class. WALK-INS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED!
Please visit our website to reserve your spot in one of our in-studio or outdoor events. Event payments can be made the day of the event or through VENMO. Reservations for all events MUST be made within 24-72 hours of the event. If for any reason you need to cancel, you must cancel within 24 hours of the event to receive a refund. You will be charged for the event if you fail to cancel within the alotted time.
A maximum of 6-8 participants will be allowed in a class at a time. If a class is filled, you will have the choice to join the virtual class OR be put on a waiting list. If you are on a waiting list, you will be notified NO LATER than one hour prior to class start time if there has been a cancellation.
The studio space will be blocked off in 6-foot sections to ensure that everyone is a safe physical distance away from each other. Participants MUST stay in their designated "boxes"! We ask that you are mindful and respectful of other participants' personal space.
Masks do not need to be worn in class, however they do need to be worn at all times when/if physical distancing is unattainable. They must also be worn when entering/exiting the building and using the restroom. It is your choice if you would like to wear your mask during class.
Only the registered participant that is attending class will be allowed into the building/studio. Hand sanitizer will be available for use upon entering and exiting the studio.
All virtual classes have a maximum capacity of 10 participants. A text with Zoom log-in credentials will be sent out at least one hour prior to class start time. Credentials will not be received until payments have been made.

Special events must be booked through the website within 24hrs prior to the start of the event.
COVID-19 STUDIO SAFETY POLICIES
1. Only 6-8 participants allowed in class at a time.
2. Only participants attending class will be allowed in the building/studio at any time. If the participant is a minor, one parent/guardian will be allowed into the building.
3. Masks must be worn when entering/exiting the building and using the restroom.
4. Masks do not need to be worn in class. You may choose to wear one if you want to.
5. Participants and Instructors will be spaced 6-feet apart to accommodate social distancing.
6. Hand sanitizer is available to be used when entering and exiting the studio.
7. If using any RISE equipment like hand weights, stability balls, bands, etc., please sanitize before and after use. Disinfectants will be provided by the studio. If possible, for your added safety, please provide your own hand weights and other equipment.
8. Provide your own exercise mat. No exceptions. We no longer have extra mats at the studio.
9. No touching of any kind allowed at any time. No hugs, high fives, or handshakes!
10. Wash your hands if you leave the studio to use the restroom, etc.
11. If you are sick, PLEASE stay home!
CLIENT CLASS/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
All class reservations are subject to a 1-hour cancellation window.
All special events, camps, and private sessions are subject to 24-hrs notice.
You must cancel your reservation by email or text. If a reservation is cancelled within the allotted time, the purchase will be refunded or credited to your RISE Movement Studio account to use towards future reservations. All reservations cancelled after the cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service.
STUDIO CLASS/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If there are no registered participants for a weekly class 1-HOUR prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel this class for that day/evening. If you have a weekly or monthly unlimited plan, PLEASE reserve your spot at least 1-hour prior to class start time to avoid a cancelled class!
All events must have at least 5 participants signed up in order to run. If there are not enough participants, all events will be cancelled 24 hours prior to event day/time.
All payments for all services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise noted.
STUDIO SCHEDULES/INSTRUCTOR ASSIGNMENTS
All program schedules and instructor assignments are subject to change.
In order to assure a positive experience, members are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in RISE Movement Studios programs. The following standards of conduct apply to all members during their program participation. The member must conduct herself/himself in an appropriate manner while in a program with RISE Movement Studio. Members are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff. Failure to do so will result in an immediate dismissal from our studio. No exceptions.
