RESERVATIONS

All movement classes and workshops can be reserved online using our MindBody online schedule, by email, phone, or drop-in.


CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

If there are no clients/students registered for class at least 2hrs prior to class start time,  we reserve the right to cancel this class for that day/evening. If you have a monthly unlimited membership or 5/10 class pass, PLEASE reserve your spot at least 2 to 3 hours (or sooner) prior to class start time to avoid a cancellation! Drop-ins are welcome, however, we ask that you check our schedule prior to class to be sure that class has not been cancelled due to lack of registered clients/students, etc. 


CANCELLED RESERVATION POLICY

All class reservations are subject to a 12 hour cancellation window. All workshops and private sessions are subject to 24 hours notice. You must cancel your reservation online, by email, or phone. Classes, workshops, and private sessions purchased will not be refunded or transferred. If a reservation is cancelled within the allotted time, the purchase will be credited to your RISE Movement Studio account to use towards future reservations. ALL reservations cancelled after the 12 or 24 hour cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service. Please be advised that pricing is subject to change.


RETURN POLICY

Single classes, class passes, unlimited plans, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sharing of class passes or plans is not permitted. 


PRIVATE SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS

Reservations for private dance and/or fitness sessions must be made in person, over the phone or by email. For more information please contact Melanie at RISEMovementStudio@aol.com.


STUDIO SCHEDULES/INSTRUCTOR ASSIGNMENTS 

Weekly, monthly, and pop-up movement classes/workshops, as well as instructor assignments, are subject to change. 


WAITLIST POLICY

If you are added to class from a waitlist, you will need to confirm your reservation within 2 hours prior to the start of class. You will be held to the cancellation policy for that class once you have confirmed it.


STUDENT/CLIENT ETIQUETTE

All students should arrive 10 minutes before the start of class. For safety reasons, as well as respect to your instructor, fellow classmates, and yourself, students will NOT be able to join the class once it has begun. This will be strictly enforced. Please be advised that if you arrive late you will not be credited for the missed class and it will count as a class used on your account.  


New students/clients may be required to fill out paperwork before class and are encouraged to arrive 15-20mins early.


All students/clients MUST check in with reception prior to class.


For health and safety concerns, please provide your own yoga mats for class.  We do have yoga mats for sale at the studio.  If you use a towel and/or blanket for yoga class, please provide your own.  Bolsters, blocks, and straps will be provided by the studio, however feel free to bring your accessories if you have them!


No food or drink besides water will be permitted inside of the studios!

We do have water for sale for $1.00 per bottle.


ASOLUTELY NO USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES WILL BE ALLOWED IN CLASS!

ALL electronic devices MUST BE powered down or put on silent to help prevent any distractions during class.  Out of respect for your instructor, fellow classmates, and yourself, we ask that you pay close attention to this matter. 


Proper attire and footwear must be worn for each class in the studio.  

          DANCE FOOTWEAR: Ballet/Jazz/Tap shoes, hip hop sneakers, barefeet, NO SOCKS

          DANCE ATTIRE: Form fitting - leotard/unitard, booty shorts, crop/tank tops, tights, etc.

          FITNESS FOOTWEAR: Sneakers, grip socks, and/or barefoot

          FITNESS ATTIRE: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease.


No pets or unattended children are allowed in the studio at any time.


Students/Clients are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in RISE Movement Studio's classes, workshops, and other events. In order for us to create a positive, warm, and friendly environment for ALL, students/clients are expected to be respectful of other participants, staff, and guest artists/instructors. No exceptions. Failure to do so will result in an immediate termination from RISE.  No refunds.
