RISE MOVEMENT STUDIO POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

All drop-in movement classes, workshops, etc. can be reserved online using our MindBody online schedule, by email, phone, drop-in, or through the MindBody app. Online reservations must be made with a credit/debit card to confirm and reserve your spot in class.


CLIENT CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

All class reservations are subject to a 3-hour cancellation window. All special events, workshops, series, camps, and private sessions are subject to 24-hrs notice. You must cancel your reservation online, by email, or phone. Services purchased will not be refunded or transferred. If a reservation is cancelled within the allotted time, the purchase will be credited to your RISE Movement Studio account to use towards future reservations. ALL reservations cancelled after the 3-hour (drop-in classes) or 24-hour (workshops/etc) cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service. Please be advised that pricing is subject to change.


STUDIO CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

If there are not any registered clients for a weekly drop-in class 2-HOURS prior to class start time, we reserve the right to cancel this class for that day/evening. If you have a monthly unlimited fitness membership or 5/10 fitness class pass, PLEASE reserve your spot at least 3-hours prior to class start time to avoid a cancelled class! Drop-ins are ALWAYS welcome, however, we ask that you check our online schedule and/or call the studio 1-HOUR prior to class time to be sure that class has not been cancelled. MONTHLY AUTOPAY POLICY

Students/Clients that enroll into our monthly autopay plan will receive $5 off the monthly unlimited rate.  Please understand that autopay can NOT be purchased online.  If you would like to be enrolled into monthly autopay, please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will manually enter you into our autopay program.  Be advised that a debit/credit card will be required (and kept on file) in order to enroll into autopay. Payment arrangements for monthly autopay can be made over the phone, at the studio, or by simply creating your account with us through MINDBODY and entering your card information into your client profile. If you have any questions, please contact us by email or phone.


RETURN POLICY

All payments for all services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sharing of class passes or plans is not permitted. 


PRIVATE SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS

Reservations for private sessions must be made in person, over the phone or by email.  Please contact Melanie at 978-551-1772 or melaniecapalbo@risemovementstudio.com to inquire about availability and pricing.


STUDIO SCHEDULES/INSTRUCTOR ASSIGNMENTS 

All program schedules and instructor assignments are subject to change. 


WAITLIST POLICY

If you are added to class from a waitlist, you will need to confirm your reservation at least 3 hours prior to the start of class. You will be held to the cancellation policy for that class once you have confirmed it.


GENERAL RULES

All clients should arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class. For safety reasons, as well as respect to your instructor, fellow classmates, and yourself, you will NOT be able to join the class once it has begun. This will be strictly enforced. Please be advised that if you arrive late you will not be credited for the missed class and it will count as a class used on your account.


New clients may be required to fill out paperwork before class and are encouraged to arrive at least 15minutes early.


All clients MUST check in with reception prior to class.


ASOLUTELY NO USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE ALLOWED IN CLASS! 

Out of respect for each other, as well as yourself, please keep your devices powered down or on silent. We thank you in advance for your immediate attention and cooperation to this matter!


Proper attire and footwear must be worn for each class in the studio.  

FOOTWEAR: Sneakers, grip socks, and/or barefoot

ATTIRE: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease.

***PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT JEANS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME***


No pets or unattended children are allowed in the studio at any time.


Absolutely NO gratuities are to be given to any RISE Staff member at any time.


CLIENT CONDUCT

In order to assure a positive experience, clients are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in RISE Movement Studios programs and its facility. The following standards of conduct apply to all clients during their program participation. The client must conduct herself/himself in an appropriate manner while in a program or within the RISE Movement Studio facility. Clients are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff. Failure to do so will result in an immediate dismissal from our studio. No exceptions.
